1 Definition of Terms

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit is RM10 for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour of the request being submitted, subject to required security checks.

csiti88 reserves the right to carry out additional checks on any transaction deemed suspicious or requiring further identity verification. During the review period, transaction processing may take longer.

6 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

csiti88 offers various bonus and promotion programmes to its members. All bonus offers are subject to the terms and wagering requirements set. Users are advised to read the specific conditions of each promotion before accepting it.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. For example, a deposit of RM100 will yield a bonus of RM150 and a total balance of RM250, with a wagering requirement of RM150 × 15 = RM2,250. For a deposit of RM800, the bonus received is RM500, giving a balance of RM1,300 with a wagering requirement of RM500 × 15 = RM7,500. This bonus must be wagered 15 times before any withdrawal from bonus winnings is permitted.

General rules applicable to all bonuses:

• Each user is eligible for one welcome bonus only;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or directly converted to cash;
• csiti88 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there are indications of misuse;
• Games eligible for bonus wagering requirements may vary by promotion;

The csiti88 VIP programme offers weekly cashback to loyal members: Bronze Tier gives cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver Tier up to 0.5%, and Gold Tier up to 0.8%. Progression to a higher tier depends on the member's activity and loyalty to the platform.

7 Betting and Game Rules

All games offered on the csiti88 platform, including slots, live casino, sportsbook, and table games such as baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and sic bo, are subject to their respective game rules available within each game.

The results of all games are final. csiti88 uses a certified random number generator (RNG) for applicable games to ensure fairness and transparency. Any complaint relating to a game outcome must be submitted within 24 hours of the incident.

The platform reserves the right to void a bet or game if there is evidence of a material technical malfunction or any irregularity that affects the game result.

8 Prohibited Conduct
